The relationships vary in individual operational participation, risk and income opportunities on a graduating scale. From allowing us to be a concessionaire at your location graduating to becoming an independent RCR Franchise Operator. We win when you win.RCR has been created to provide a rental fleet of electric vehicles to consumers for business, commercial or recreational use. Our initial fleet consists of electric Low Speed Vehicles (AKA Golf Carts) and E- Bikes. In addition to our company owned fleet we have other business relationship opportunities for anyone interested getting involved. Our business programs include; RCR Concessionaire, RCR Rental Agents, RCR E V Share, Fleet Funding, and Franchise opportunity.
The Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) Industry
Low Speed Vehicles (LSVs) are a type of four-wheeled vehicle designed for low-speed operation, typically around 25 mph. They are often used in golf courses, gated communities, and industrial areas.The LSV market is driven by several factors:

RCR Concessionaire
Our RCR Concessionaire business relationship brings our turnkey rental platform to your place of business. Company owned vehicles are placed at your business in a safe and secure location with access to water and electricity. All vehicle ownership and operational responsibilities remain with RCR. All vehicles are licensed and insured to operate on roads with a posted speed limit of 35 mph. All rental reservations and transactions are virtual including the rental agreement, insurance and valid driver's license verification and credit card payment transactions. RCR is fully responsible for the dispatch and check in of rented vehicles.Businesses providing concessions to RCR are responsible to provide safe storage areas, access to water and electricity, temporary customer parking, convenient egress and degrees to our vehicles. The RCR Concessionaire agreement term is month to month. Either party may cancel the agreement with 30 days written or electronic notification.
RCR will compensate concessions with commissions on rental revenue for all rental transactions initiated at the designated location.
Authorized RCR Agents
RCR may provide Individuals and businesses an opportunity to be an authorized rental agent. The responsibilities of an authorized rental agent include fulfillment of all assigned rental reservations, provide vehicle operational briefings to renters, verifying renter information, delivering the rental vehicles clean and fully charged. Authorized Rental Agents will earn a higher rate of commission of the paid rental income on the transaction they manage and execute.RCR E V Share
Individuals and businesses can profit by assigning personally (or Business) owned electric vehicles to the RCR Fleet for rentals. E V Share is designed to fully utilize our virtual vehicle rental solution. Once a vehicle is uploaded in our system RCR will handle every part of the rental transaction from reservations, rental transactions and even rental payments. All vehicles will be covered under the RCR Liability Insurance coverage while in service. Vehicle owners will be responsible for rental vehicle delivery and check in with all renters. All responsibility of vehicle ownership including insurance, registration and mechanical operation remain with the vehicle owner.RCR Fleet Funding
Individuals and businesses may invest in the RCR opportunity by funding additional vehicle acquisitions. The funding relationship would be Floor Plan funding. Floor Plan Funding will be an established line of credit secured by individual vehicles by the investor in the RCR fleet. The funding repayment term would not exceed 18 months. All vehicle ownership and operational responsibilities remain with RCR. The funding partner will be paid 20% of the rental income on vehicles they fund. The repayment of the investment is made when the vehicle is removed from service and sold. RCR would receive an administrative fee of $250.00 per vehicle resale. RCR Franchise Operators
RCR Franchise Operators- are independent rental businesses that purchase authorization to operate an independent business under our brand in an exclusive geographic territory. Franchised operators will be provided web based technology to manage the relationship with RCR vehicle renters. We provide a robust backend management platform including; reservation system, fleet management, rental transactions, payment processing, marketing and customer management and communications. We will provide best practices training for rental vehicle business management and for operations. Franchise operators will have access to all rental transaction forms including recommended rental agreement and safety and insurance waivers. Franchise operators will have access to all branding and marketing materials. And access to our approved national supply chain vehicle vendors and service providers.
